Job summary

Infinity One Technologies Corporation is seeking a senior FP&A professional in the Philippines to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. You will prepare monthly reports, variance analyses, and executive reviews to guide strategic decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field. CPA highly preferred, Master’s Degree is a plus.
• Experience in FP&A with strong analytical and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business objectives.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, Profit & Loss statements, and executive business reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to provide financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Analyze business performance, identify financial risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve profitability.
• Manage forecasting cycles, revenue analysis, and pipeline reporting to improve forecast accuracy.
• Lead financial reviews, business case evaluations, and investment recommendations.
• Drive continuous process improvements by identifying efficiencies, removing operational roadblocks, and optimizing financial processes.
• Support ad hoc financial projects, audits, compliance activities, and other initiatives as needed.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field. CPA highly preferred, Master’s Degree is a plus.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• At least 7 years of progressive experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis preferably in the construction or sales industry
• Experience supporting a sales organization is highly preferred
• Experience managing full profit & loss responsibilities and business performance analysis

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and business case development skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence decisions to drive business outcomes
