• Build financial models for M&A-related activities.
• Support due diligence activities and WACC updates.
• Conduct industry research and competitive benchmarking.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, maintaining, and constantly updating a rolling medium-term end-to-end financial forecast in coordination with various stakeholders.
• Work closely with various business units and budget/finance/treasury to incorporate strategic goals and targets into the budget and financial planning process.
• Build financial model to support valuation for M&A-related activities.
• Develop optimal M&A structures.
• Assist in due diligence activities.
• Regularly review and update WACC.
• Conduct capital structure review.
• Support Treasury in developing cash plan and funding plan.
• Conduct industry research and competitive benchmarking on a regular basis to assist senior management in decision-making.
• Track and analyze competitor performance and major moves/initiatives.
• Ability to spot industry trends and draw insights is essential.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports as needed.
