We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance & Administration to oversee the company's Finance & Accounting, Treasury, Tax, HR, Administration, Purchasing, and corporate support functions. The role will serve as a key business partner to the Managing Director and Group/Parent Company, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and effective business support.
Lead Finance & Accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis.
Manage Treasury and cash management, including banking, payments, collections, and liquidity planning.
Oversee Philippine tax compliance, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, withholding tax, transfer pricing, and applicable international tax requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audits, tax advisors, auditors, banks, and government authorities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management and Group reporting and provide financial insights to management.
Manage the overall HR function, including recruitment, payroll, employee records, benefits, labor compliance, and employee relations.
Oversee Administration and Office Management, including facilities, office services, maintenance, and administrative costs.
Manage Purchasing and Vendor Management, including supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, and vendor performance.
Coordinate Warehouse & Logistics Administration, including inventory discrepancies, warehouse costs, contracts, and documentation.
Coordinate legal and corporate matters with external legal advisors and ensure compliance with applicable Philippine laws and Group policies.
Act as a key coordinator with government authorities and regulatory agencies.
Strengthen internal controls, identify business risks, and drive process improvements and digitalization across Finance and Administration.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
CPA qualification is highly preferred.
5-8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably at a Senior supervisory level.
Experience in multinational, trading, import/distribution, manufacturing, or publicly listed companies is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance.
Experience in Treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Experience managing HR and Administration functions is highly preferred.
Experience working with auditors, tax advisors, banks, government authorities, and a Group/Parent Company.
Experience with ERP/accounting systems and process improvement is an advantage.
