Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar finance and accounting role.

• Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including account reconciliations, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing process.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
