Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting and finance experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and government compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Honest, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Record, monitor, and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, official receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Reconcile bank accounts and company financial records.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash position reports.
• Assist in payroll processing and government remittances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Track expenses and assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and government requirements.
• Maintain organized accounting and finance files and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, customers, and government agencies.
• Assist management by providing financial information and recommendations.
• Perform other accounting, finance, and administrative duties as assigned.
