Responsibilities

• Review financial statements of managed properties focusing on OpEx and CapEx with Accounting Managers.
• Develop reports to explain performance and flag issues to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure standards for the treatment of operating expenses and capital expenditures across projects.
• Present insights to management and assist budget preparation for OpEx/CapEx.
