Job summary

RSO Architecture in Metro Manila, Pasig, is seeking an experienced Finance Controller to lead financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and compliance. • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance is required
• CPA title highly preferred or often required
• 5 to 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in Health Insurance Company is a plus but not required
• Advanced proficiency in financial reporting software (SAP, Oracle, ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel
• Deep understanding of local tax regulations and accounting frameworks (PFRS/GAAP)

• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budget planning, track actual performance against budgets, and forecast future results.
• Treasury & Cash Management: Manage company cash flow, working capital, and bank relationships.
• Compliance & Auditing: Ensure strict compliance with tax laws, local regulations (such as the BIR and SEC in the Philippines), and accounting standards.
• Internal Controls: Develop policies to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and minimize financial risks.
