Job summary

MYKREAT CORPORATION is seeking a reliable cook to prepare and cook a variety of Filipino dishes according to our standards. You will plan daily meals from the approved menu, ensure timely serving, and maintain spotless kitchen sanitation.

The role requires knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety. Experience with Filipino cuisine is essential; Chinese dishes are a plus. Flexible to work weekends or holidays if needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Cook preferred.
• Knowledge of Filipino dishes; Chinese cuisine is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest and dependable; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and willing to work weekends/holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Filipino dishes according to company standards.
• Plan and prepare daily meals based on the approved menu.
• Ensure food is prepared, cooked, and served in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, utensils, and food preparation areas.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage of ingredients.
• Assist in inventory management and report ingredients or supplies that need replenishment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the company.
