Job summary

Metropole Laundry & Dry Cleaning Group is seeking a proactive Technician in the Philippines to take ownership of maintenance, equipment reliability, and facility operations. The role ensures branches stay functional, safe, and ready to serve customers.

You will work with Operations leadership to remove recurring technical bottlenecks and improve overall reliability across sites. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate welcome and open to entry-level technicians.
• Relevant work experience as Electronic Technician or Machine Technician.
• Experience in repairing/maintaining washing machines or air conditioners.
• Willing to perform field work and travel as needed.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance activities across branches and facilities.
• Ensure operational machines and equipment remain functional and available.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
