Job summary

QuadM Manpower Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance and inspections on vehicles and machinery, troubleshoot issues, and provide hands-on technical support across multiple field locations in Region 1 and Region 3.

The role requires willingness to travel, strong reporting and documentation skills, and effective coordination with dealers to resolve service and warranty concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle/machinery maintenance.
• Experience in field technical support is an advantage.
• Knowledge of warranty processes.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel and work on a roving assignment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspection of vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support in different field locations.
• Coordinate with dealers regarding service and technical concerns.
• Assist with warranty processes and claims.
• Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Communicate effectively and provide solutions to technical problems.
