Job summary

AIMSEN Business Consultancy is seeking a on-site Surveyor in Maguindanao with 1-3 years of field experience and a bachelor’s degree in surveying. You will perform land and construction surveys, measure features, and prepare maps and reports to support construction projects.

Responsibilities include establishing reference points, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field.
• 1–3 years of on-site surveying experience.
• Ability to operate surveying instruments and GPS equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land, construction, and site surveys using surveying instruments and GPS equipment.
• Measure boundaries, elevations, and site dimensions accurately.
• Prepare and maintain survey reports, maps, and drawings.
• Establish reference points and markers for construction projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project personnel on survey activities.
• Ensure surveying work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Perform as-built surveys during and after construction.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment for accuracy.
