The role requires frequent fieldwork, coordination with government agencies and landowners, and travel to multiple project sites nationwide. The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or telecommunications, with strong negotiation, communication, and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• 1–3 years in site acquisition or related industries.
• Knowledge of land acquisition processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential sites based on project requirements and regulatory considerations.
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, and due diligence activities.
• Negotiate leases, easements, and property acquisitions with landowners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with LGUs, regulatory agencies, and utility companies for permits.
• Prepare and maintain site acquisition documents, reports, and contracts.
• Monitor timelines and ensure milestones are met.
