As a Field Service Engineer, you won’t just be fixing machines — you’ll be ensuring accurate diagnoses, smooth lab operations, and better patient care. If you love solving technical problems, working directly with customers, and making sure life-saving equipment performs at its best, this role is for you!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Install and set up laboratory equipment at customer sites
Calibrate and ensure proper functioning of all devices
Conduct hands-on training for customers on equipment use & care
Perform preventive maintenance to avoid equipment downtime
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diagnostic devices
Replace defective parts and components as needed
Respond to service calls — onsite or remotely — to resolve issues quickly
Provide excellent technical guidance and customer support
Build strong partnerships with customers through top-notch service

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Licensed Electronics Engineer (REQUIRED)
At least 1 year experience as Field Service Engineer or similar role
Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing lab machines
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong customer service and communication abilities
Self-motivated, independent worker who can juggle multiple tasks
Willing to travel regularly for onsite support
Preferably residing near Cotabato Regional Medical Center (CRMC)
