A leading beverage distributor is seeking a Business Development Supervisor to manage client acquisition and fieldwork in CDO/Misamis. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in the beverage industry, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for technology. Responsibilities include managing clients, training salesmen, and ensuring achievement of sales goals. This position is full-time and field-based.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in the Beverage Industry handling Distributors/Partners.
  • Strong knowledge of the consumer and ecommerce industry especially Mobile Apps.
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork activities.

Job Title: Business Development Supervisor

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Supervisor experienced in the FMCG Distributor Operation or Beverage Industry to join our team and contribute to our success. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for Sales, Marketing and Organizational Capability Building and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. The Business Development Supervisor will be in charge of acquisition and negotiations with distributor to MySuki clients and should have good knowledge of distributor selling and operational processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and acquiring new clients.
  • Managing clients and ensuring Monthly Active Users (MAU) and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) goals are achieved.
  • Help in the go live implementation of new clients.
  • Conduct field work to train new Distributor salesmen on how to use the mobile apps
  • Data tracking and performance analysis
  • Relationship management with distributor owners/principals

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in the Beverage Industry handling Distributors/Partners or FMCG Distributor General Trade Operation
  • Strong knowledge of the Distributors in the area.
  • Strong knowledge of the consumer and ecommerce industry especially Mobile Apps
  • Fast learner and willing to adapt to new technology trend
  • Tech savvy and data driven
  • High level negotiation experience
  • Must be willing to work and currently based in different areas/locations that will be assigned
  • Candidates must be willing to do fieldwork activities
  • Good relationship with FMCG Distributors in CDO/Misamis is a plus

The ideal candidate should have a strong Account Management background in the Beverage Industry or FMCG Distributor Operation preferably in Gen Trade. Should be highly analytical, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify opportunities for growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
