Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s products, equipment, and services.
• Identify prospective clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Provide technical and sales support for general merchandise products.
• Handle sales, technical consultation, and client coordination for water treatment systems.
• Support business development and client servicing for property management solutions.
• Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate products, equipment, or services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Conduct client visits, technical discussions, product presentations, and site inspections.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Follow up on quotations, client inquiries, project requirements, and service concerns.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Technical, and other internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist with installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales service when required.
• Monitor ongoing sales, projects, deliveries, installations, and service requests.
• Perform other sales, technical, and field-related duties that may be assigned.
