Job description

Sales and Customer Engagement Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales penetration and area saturation in the following regions:
   • Benguet
   • La Union
2. Achieve sales productivity targets through:
   • Customer visits
   • Acquiring new and reactivated customers
   • Expanding product lines
   • Conducting product demonstrations and trainings
   • Introducing new products
   • Conducting customer business reviews
3. Provide product demonstrations, promotions, and presentations to clients.
4. Utilize all marketing tools effectively and properly.
5. Handle customer complaints professionally.
6. Meet sales goals by increasing productivity, daily orders, product lines, customer base, collections, and remittances.
7. Participate in company activities, programs, events, and meetings at the head office monthly.
8. Engage in all online and offline product training sessions.
