Job summary

Nature Wonders Enterprises seeks a proactive Sales Agent to promote Ginebra San Miguel—driving sales across Camarines Sur. You will manage routes, visit outlets, build retailer relationships, and ensure stock and visibility for strong market presence.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum Senior High School diploma; college degree in Business/Marketing/Sales is an advantage.
• Experience in sales, marketing, distribution, retail, or customer service is preferred.
• Must have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, confident, and able to build relationships with retailers/outlets.
• Results-driven with ability to meet sales targets.
• Willing to conduct regular fieldwork and outlet visits within territory.
• Organized and able to manage sales documents, records, orders, and collections.
• Basic knowledge of using mobile apps, ERP systems, or similar digital tools.
• Willing to learn and adapt to the Company's ERP system and related tech.
• Honest, trustworthy and responsible in handling company documents and products.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Ginebra San Miguel products to assigned outlets.
• Follow a fixed route plan and visit accounts on schedule.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
• Build and maintain rapport with retailers and store owners.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report unresolved issues.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and gather market feedback.
• Ensure proper product display and visibility in stores.
• Check inventory levels and assist customers in reordering.
• Coordinate with delivery personnel for timely replenishment of stocks.
• Identify and open new outlets to expand market coverage.
• Conduct product presentations to attract new clients.
• Submit daily sales reports, route coverage, and customer feedback.
• Monitor competitor activities and report to management.
• Document orders, invoices, and collections properly.
