Job summary

Hint, a leading beverage brand, is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to expand its presence in the greater Boston area. You will build relationships with store managers, manage product displays, and drive in-store promotions to increase shelf space and sales.

You will follow a defined route, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with sales leaders to plan weekly activities. A clean driving record is required, and the role offers competitive pay plus benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience in the CPG, Hospitality/Restaurant or Retail industry preferred.
• Ability to consistently start at 7:30am, M-F.
• Comfortable driving to/from retail stores along a set route.
• Experience with Sales KPIs and achieving quotas and goals.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Independent & reliable with a proactive work style.
• Service-oriented and focused on helping team and customers.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A clean driving record is required.
• A doer with a strong sense of urgency and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage a set of specific retail store accounts and maintain strong relationships with store managers and receivers.
• Ensure pricing and product displays are correct; communicate issues or opportunities to the local manager.
• Build and maintain displays to drive sales; assist with racks, coolers, banners, and signage; keep POS up-to-date.
• Promote new flavors and SKUs; participate in demos and local events; introduce account managers to distributors' products.
• Plan days with your manager to cover all accounts and coordinate promo weeks, displays, and other sales efforts; document progress using CRM tools (Repsly).
• Some travel to other regions may be requested to support adjacent territories.
