A company in Northern Mindanao is looking for a Field Sales Executive. The role involves daily visits to branches, checking merchandising, and coordinating with branch managers. Responsibilities include reporting on daily activities, monitoring budgets, and assessing market strategies. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Visits daily all branch assignments and checks Point of Purchase (POP) materials and merchandising.
Talks to the branch manager to know all concerns about Yamaha product.
Accomplishes Outlet Visit Report (OVR) and Daily Activity Report (DAR) for monitoring reference.
Checks the account grid and budget per marketing activity if appropriately implemented.
Encodes all concerns in each branch and study market segments within the area of responsibility.
Collates the activity result and evaluates its effectiveness.
Computes monthly budget through account grid and reports to the management.
Checks the status of company vehicle and equipment for maintenance and repair.
Checks the status of market strategies and competitors' promotions.
Submits travel requests for sales activities and company events.
