Qualifications

• A graduate of any 4-year course.
• 1-2 years of working experience in Sales/ marketing in construction-related industry.
• Highly sales driven, customer oriented, and aggressive in hitting sales target.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and coordinate with team members.
• Good customer service sense and relationship management skills.
• Good business/industry knowledge.
• Excellent market acumen and willingness to do regular field work to grow clients.

Responsibilities

• Participates lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, to identify business prospects.
• Follow up with event attendees to generate and qualify leads; pursue warm leads.
• Contact customers and assess interest; recommend products/solutions.
• Monitor and update a customer database; log actions and outcomes.
• Check customer feedback and ensure satisfaction; seek retention/upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve selling methods and shorten cycles.
• Uphold integrity, accountability, time management, and productivity.
• Outbound calls to gather information, present products/prices, and answer questions.
• Grow, keep, and renew customers; lead generation and new lead qualification.
• Prepare sales proposals targeting customer needs.
• Manage accounts and ensure timely implementation and relations.
