Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related field.
• Strong analytical, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare reports and provide actionable recommendations from field observations.

At Cleanfuel, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Field Quality Control professional to help maintain the highest standards of service, operations, and customer experience across our stations. What Will Be Your Role?

• Conduct regular field inspections and audits of gasoline stations to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures.
• Evaluate station cleanliness, safety, customer service, and overall operational performance.
• Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions to improve station operations.
• Prepare inspection reports, document findings, and monitor the implementation of corrective measures.
• Coordinate with station personnel and different departments to support quality improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
• Ensure that all stations consistently meet Cleanfuel’s quality and service standards.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or any related field.
• Strong analytical, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare reports and provide actionable recommendations based on field observations.

Must Haves

• Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Field Audit, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience in conducting field inspections, operational audits, or compliance evaluations is an advantage.
• Willing to travel frequently and conduct field visits.
• Must possess a valid driver's license (preferred but not required, if applicable).
