Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a seasoned professional to renew our talent acquisition and onboarding collaboration with contractors. The role emphasizes supplier alignment, hands-on project quality control, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee contractor performance, ensure timely reporting, and coordinate with operations and engineering teams to implement improvements while maintaining high standards of quality in semiconductor facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality management tools (8D, FMEA, DMAIC, 5S).
• Strong communication, written and oral.
• Experience in project quality controls and inspection.
• 5+ years in Facilities O&M and Project Management in semiconductor or related field.

Responsibilities

• Regularly review ongoing project implementation with contractor in-charge with reports.
• Escalate project issues to stakeholders to protect delivery timelines.
• Implement action items from field inspections within agreed timelines.
• Ensure safe conduct of all projects and compliance with POR/SOP/LOP/WI.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering and quality for changes in project scope.

YOUR ROLE

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.

• Ensure that 100% of projects ongoing project implementation are regularly checked together with the contractor's project in-charge with necessary reports/documentation.
• Escalation of project issues to all stakeholders when it affects project delivery.
• Ensure to implement action items derived from field inspections within the agreed timeline with the contractor.
• Ensure a safe conduct or implementation of all projects.
• Ensure that all POR/SOP/LOP/WI are taken into consideration in the project implementation.
• Collaboration and Alignment with Operation/ Maintenance/ Engineering and Quality for necesarry changes in the project implementation.
• Conduct contractor orientation from time to time

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Knowledgeable in Quality Management tools like 8D/FMEA/DMAIC /5Sand others.
• Knowledgeable with regulatory requirements such as DOLE/PEZA/DOE/ERC/BFO/Fire Code/LLDA/DENR/PDEA/Building code and the likes.
• Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
• With good analytical skill.
• Considerable knowledge in project Quality controls and inspection.
• At least 5 years' work experience in Facilities O&M and Project Management in a semiconductor or related environment with focus on Project Quality control or Management.
• Basic knowledge in budget/cost (financial management).
• Considerable knowledge in cleanroom work environment and semiconductor facilities system and operation.
• Significant knowledge in managing contractors.
• Considerable knowledge in construction standards like Electrical Code/ Mechanical code/ BFP/Building code etc.
