Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect documents, letters, parcels, and other materials to and from clients, offices, and other designated locations.
• Conduct field canvassing to gather information, verify addresses, check prices, and obtain quotations from suppliers or service providers.
• Visit assigned locations and communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and other contacts.
• Pick up and purchase office supplies, materials, and other items as instructed.
• Assist in submitting documents, processing transactions, and following up on requests.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, canvassing activities, expenses, and completed transactions.
• Ensure that documents and items are handled safely, securely, and delivered on time.
• Collect receipts, invoices, acknowledgments, and other supporting documents for completed transactions.
• Provide timely updates to supervisors regarding the status of deliveries, errands, and field assignments.
• Follow assigned schedules, routes, company procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with other administrative and field-related tasks as assigned by management.
