Job summary

PPMS Field Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to ensure in-store execution, product visibility, and adherence to merchandising standards across outlets.

The role focuses on planogram compliance, stock rotation, POSM usage, hygiene, and accurate reporting through mobile applications to support secondary sales and brand presence. Key duties include visiting outlets daily, maintaining strong relationships with store teams, and ensuring 100% implementation of the PJP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in retail merchandising or store execution.
• Retail or FMCG experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the city daily.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper merchandising implementation across outlets as per program deliverables.
• Maintain strong rapport with outlet owners and in-charge personnel.
• Drive product visibility through displays and adherence to standards.
• Visit outlets as per PJP and ensure 100% implementation.
• Seek supervisor approval for any deviation from PJP.
• Ensure products are placed upfront and visible with quality merchandising.
• Maintain hygiene of products, shelves, and display assets.
• Use POSM materials properly and follow FIFO, Planogram, SOS guidelines.
• Report availability, SOS, FMFO, implementation, and competition via mobile app.
• Indent for stocks and follow up on OOS with store managers.
• Record all store visits and issues in the mobile app daily.
