Qualifications

• High school graduate; college graduate is preferred.
• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, sales, or a related field is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel or conduct field/store visits when required.
• Physically capable of handling and arranging products.
• Must be reliable, hardworking, and customer-oriented.
• Preferably with a valid Driver's License (Restriction Codes 1, 2, and 3)

Responsibilities

• Monitor product availability, inventory levels, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure products are properly displayed according to company standards.
• Check product pricing, labels, promotions, and visual displays.
• Conduct regular store visits and prepare merchandising reports.
• Coordinate with sales teams, store personnel, and management.
• Monitor competitors' products, pricing, promotions, and displays.
• Ensure promotional materials and displays are properly installed.
• Report damaged, missing, or slow-moving products.
• Maintain accurate records and submit reports on time.
• Perform other merchandising-related duties as assigned.
