Qualifications

• High School graduate; college level preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of merchandising experience.
• Familiarity with local store networks (sari-sari, groceries, wholesalers).
• Willing to roam across multiple locations daily.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned GT stores and outlets according to route plan.
• Ensure proper display and visibility of products in stores.
• Monitor stock levels and report out-of-stock situations.
• Place and replenish point-of-sale materials.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives to support promotions.
• Maintain good relationships with store owners and decision-makers.
• Submit daily activity reports with photos of displays.
• Gather market intelligence on pricing and competitor displays.
