Job summary

McKupler Inc. is seeking a proactive Field-Based Marketing Specialist in the Philippines to plan and execute marketing programs that meet business objectives.

You will gather market intelligence, monitor pricing, and track competitors in the field while supporting sales with data-driven insights, campaign execution, and trade promotions across channels. This role includes travel and reporting to drive brand growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel or conduct fieldwork as required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, including data organization, basic reporting, and presentation development.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, campaign execution, and audience engagement.
• Ability to create visually appealing marketing and communication materials using relevant design tools.
• Ability to edit and produce simple video content for social media, promotional, and internal communication purposes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in supporting the planning, and lead in the execution, of marketing programs and initiatives, to meet business objectives. He/she must gather market intelligence, market pricing, and competitive activities in the field.
• Assist in the maintenance of a database, and evaluation of market and competitor data, and has consistent customer in sighting to support sales and marketing strategies. He/she must monitor and report market feedback on marketing programs and make recommendations for web content development and media placements.
• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with the brand strategy that includes but not limited to Merchandising, Promotions, Advertising and Trade support
• Help design and implement various promotional and advertising campaigns to include adopting market-specific promotional collateral and demonstrations
• Conduct research, scan and track the market landscape and condition in order to identify and monitor the market trends that includes but not limited to competitors checking of pricing, sales channels, marketing activities, Market trends and market share.
