Job summary

CDCC Builders Inc. is seeking a Resident Engineer - Mechanical | Plumbing to lead the mechanical and plumbing aspects of construction projects.

You will supervise contractors, monitor progress, ensure safety and quality compliance, and contribute to reports and documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Sanitary Engineering, a PRC Mechanical Engineer license, and at least 3 years of project management experience in construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or related field.
• PRC Mechanical Engineer license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of construction project management experience in mechanical and plumbing.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical/plumbing systems, codes and best practices.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; proactive and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of mechanical and plumbing construction activities with focus on safety, timeliness, and compliance.
• Develop project plans, schedules and resource allocation for mechanical/plumbing work.
• Coordinate activities to align with project plans.
• Manage scope, time and costs for mechanical/plumbing work.
• Contribute to project progress reports and related documentation.
• Maintain construction documentation related to mechanical and plumbing aspects.
