A leading engineering firm in Metro Manila is seeking an HR Officer to manage on-site activities and ensure compliance with construction standards. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, preferably be a licensed engineer, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities

• Monitors all related work activities and assigned tasks being done on-site based on submitted and approved work sequence and Methodology;
• Ensures that all subcontractor works are on proper execution and in compliance;
• Interprets and executes plans and specifications;
• Assist in the preparation of work instructions and method statements for work;
• Monitoring and preparation of weekly and monthly reports for submission to the Field Superintendent;
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned.
