Job summary

South Asialink Finance Corporation is seeking a field-based Credit Investigator to review borrower documents, conduct interviews, and perform on-site inspections across residences and project units. You will verify identities and backgrounds while coordinating third-party verifications to support accurate loan assessments.

The role requires comfort with fieldwork, travel for observations, and willingness to undergo training at the Head Office.

Qualifications

• Willing to conduct fieldwork and site inspections.
• Experience as Motorized Credit Investigator is an advantage but not required.
• Proficient in using computer applications.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be willing to undergo at least three weeks of training in Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate borrower documents submitted through the CRM system.
• Conduct interviews with borrowers and co-borrowers to gather and verify information.
• Perform on-site inspections of residences, businesses, and project units, including photo documentation.
• Verify the identity, living conditions, and background of loan applicants.
• Carry out third-party verifications through personal visits, phone calls, or email correspondence.
• Confirm employment details, banking information, trade references, agency records, and character references.
