Qualifications

• Willing to perform fieldwork and on-site inspections.
• Must own and be able to operate a motorcycle for field assignments.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in computer applications and office software.
• Previous experience as a Motorized Credit Investigator is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess borrower documents submitted through the CRM to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct interviews with borrowers and co-borrowers to gather information and validate details.
• Perform field investigations, including on-site inspections of residences, businesses, and project locations with photo documentation.
• Verify applicants' identities, residential conditions, business operations, and personal backgrounds.
• Conduct third-party verifications through field visits, phone calls, and email correspondence.
• Validate employment records, banking details, trade references, agency records, and character references.
• Prepare Credit Assessment Memorandums (CAM) based on investigation findings and provide recommendations to support loan evaluation and approval.
• Coordinate with concerned departments regarding discrepancies and verification concerns.
