Job summary

South Asialink Finance Corporation is seeking a motivated Credit Investigator to join the team in the Philippines. The role involves reviewing borrower documents, conducting interviews, and performing on-site inspections of residences and businesses.

You will verify applicant information and carry out third-party verifications to support CAMs and loan recommendations. Candidates with fieldwork experience and a motorcycle will have an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Willing to conduct fieldwork and site inspections.
• Should have a motorcycle.
• Experience as a Motorized Credit Investigator is an advantage but not required.
• Proficient in using computer applications.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate borrower documents submitted through the CRM system.
• Conduct interviews with borrowers and co-borrowers to gather and verify information.
• Perform on-site inspections of residences, businesses, and project units, including taking photo documentation.
• Verify the identity, living conditions, and background of loan applicants.
• Carry out third-party verifications through personal visits, phone calls, or email correspondence.
• Confirm employment details, banking information, trade references, agency records, and character references.
• Prepare Credit Assessment Memorandums (CAM) and provide loan recommendations based on evaluation findings.
