Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a field sales promoter to proactively sell HC Credit Card and related products at partner stores. You will visit designated retail sites, present product benefits, and drive applications while maintaining a professional store image.

You do not need prior work experience, but sales or frontline experience is a plus; training will be provided for product details, policies, and application procedures.

Qualifications

• High school graduate (Grade 10 or Vocational).
• No work experience required but sales/field experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• FIELD WORK: promote HC Credit Card and other key products at designated stores.
• Approach customers and offer HC Credit Card in-store.
• Explain features and rewards of the HC Credit Card.
• Assist and guide customers to complete consumer finance applications per policy.
• Prepare client documentation and collect information for the system.
• Keep the kiosk and workspace presentable and functional.
