Accountabilities: Your day to day tasks

  • Negotiate, sell and distribute PMFTC portfolio in covered outlets to achieve business objectives.
  • Execute targeted and purposeful commercial activities to drive and achieve Commercial KPIs such as volume, distribution and collection targets.
  • Understand Retail & LAS profiles to have a holistic view of their customer journey, recommend and implement demand generation initiatives/programs that are fit for the business.
  • Provide and maintain quality customer service and develop effective relationships at retail in order to position PMFTC as preferred business partner and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Coordinate with their Business Building partners to identify critical areas for promoter deployment and help improve awareness, and trial of our brands
  • Educate consumers In selecting the right PMFTC products by emphasizing the product benefits and correct usage; builds brand loyalty through sampling as needed and in accordance to PMI Marketing Guidelines.
  • Checks and monitors daily cash collection and AR of POS to ensure adherence to credit policies; prevent fraud, bad debts and over aging
  • Ensures demonstration of strong values, integrity and ethics through actions, words, behavior and performance while in service, and help create positive work environment

Skill And Competencies

  • High School graduate (College graduate, preferred)
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
  • Field sales exposure is an advantage
  • With relevant sales/marketing projects and initiatives
  • Should be comfortable to ride a panel truck / L300 (closed van)

Work Location: Mangaldan Sales Office – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by Mangaldan Sales Office

Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM
