Job summary

Country Funders Finance Corporation is hiring for a collector role in the Philippines. The position involves field collection activities on motorcycle loan accounts, delivering notices, and updating receivables status.

The ideal candidate should be a graduate or high school graduate with 1+ year experience in lending collections or willing to start with little experience. A valid motorcycle license and willingness to work in the field are essential.

Qualifications

• College graduate or high school graduate; undergrad welcome depending on experience.
• At least 1 year experience as a collector in lending/banking, motorcycle loan; no experience is okay.
• Able to drive motorcycle and has driver’s license and willing to do field work.
• Willing to be trained for 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection activities based on scheduled itinerary.
• Deliver collection notices and demand letters.
• Report collections activity and accounts receivable status in an organized and timely manner.
• Understand billing and collections documents and program computations.
• Locate delinquent clients through Skip Tracing (contact relatives, neighbors, employers).
• Follow through on client’s payment commitments and other concerns.
