Job Summary

Carmudi PH is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Account Officer to join our Auto Financial Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer accounts, and promoting our Title Services and/or Inventory Funding solutions. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in automotive financing, dealer relations, or related financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote Carmudi’s title services and inventory financing products to used car dealers and auto businesses.
  • Identify and pursue new dealer acquisition opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealer partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Conduct regular visits and follow-ups to understand client needs and optimize funding solutions.

Credit & Risk Coordination

  • Collaborate with the credit and risk team to ensure proper documentation and assessment of financing applications.
  • Guide clients through the funding process, including title transfer procedures and compliance requirements.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and local automotive market dynamics.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
