Job Description
  • Perform regular audits of retail stores with a focus on inventory accuracy, cash handling, and operational compliance
  • Ensure all locations follow established company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Identify and document discrepancies or non-compliance issues, and prepare clear, actionable audit reports
  • Collaborate with store teams and management during audit visits to gather insights and explain findings
  • Monitor and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely implementation
  • Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve store operations and minimize potential losses
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in auditing or a related role (experience in a retail environment is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration
  • Willingness to travel frequently and conduct audits in various field locations
Work Schedule
  • Monday - Office/reposting day in Head Office (Manila)
  • Tuesday to Saturday, with travel and field visits as required
