Job summary

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, Communications, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in:
  • Field Application Engineering (FAE)
  • Technical Support
  • Solar/PV Industry
  • Inverters
  • Microcontrollers
  • Power Electronics
• Hands‑on experience in installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and technical support is highly preferred.
• Strong English communication skills for daily work and coordination with international teams.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to adapt quickly to different work environments.
• Willing to perform fieldwork and site visits as required.
• Must be available to start immediately. Candidates with a 12 month notice period will not be considered.

Transportation Allowance

• Monthly transportation allowance.
• Transportation expenses exceeding the allowance may be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.

Work Schedule

• 5 working days per week.
• 8 working hours per day.

Work Arrangement

• Company office available for work‑related activities and meetings.
• Work‑from‑home arrangement may be permitted when there are no on‑site assignments.
• Field‑based role requiring travel to customer and project sites as needed.
• Position is fully based in the Philippines.
