Job summary

TENDA TECHNOLOGY(PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to identify, develop, and maintain relationships with ISPs, telecoms, system integrators, and enterprise customers.

You will promote and sell OLT, ONT, and other fiber access networking solutions to achieve targets. Responsibilities include prospecting new business, giving product presentations, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and coordinating with engineering for successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have a sales experience in networking, telecommunications, fiber optic, or ICT products.
• Experience selling GPON/EPON solutions, OLTs, ONTs, or other fiber networking equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of fiber optic networking technologies and ISP infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Chinese language skills are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Willing to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with ISPs, telecommunications companies, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
• Promote and sell OLT, ONT, and other fiber access networking solutions to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Prospect new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads through field visits, referrals, and networking activities.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions to customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
• Coordinate with the technical support and engineering teams to ensure successful product implementation and after-sales support.
• Monitor customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports for management.
• Travel nationwide to visit customers, conduct meetings, and support business development initiatives.
