Job summary

Sercomm Philippines Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee electronics manufacturing operations and ensure targets are met.

You will plan capacity, supervise manpower, and drive efficiency across the line, ensuring resources are used effectively. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in electronics or semiconductor contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
• 5 years of experience as Production Supervisor in Electronics or Semiconductor fields.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Regularly checks production capacity and prepares manpower based on the approved production plan.
• Generates and analyzes FATP-related daily, weekly or monthly reports.
• Ensures efficiency and production goals are achieved; maintains required Line PPH.
• Implements work order WIP control and monitors its execution.
• Troubleshoots production concerns and reports issues to FATP Manager with corrective actions.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Regularly checks production capacity and prepares manpower based on approved production plan, suggest ways to maximize resources and materials.

• Generates and analyze report related to FATP but not limited to daily, weekly or monthly reports.

• Make sure efficiency and production goals are achieved and controlled. Maintains the required Line PPH.

• Implement work order WIP control and monitors implementation.

• Troubleshoots any production concerns and creates corrective actions if needed, reports any process, material or equipment problems to FATP Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Have Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering

• With 5 years experience as Production Supervisor in an Electronics or Semiconductor company.
