Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen or food prep experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients (chop, slice, marinate, measure) according to recipe standards.
• Cook menu items across various techniques (grill, fry, sauté, roast, steam).
• Uphold food quality, portioning, presentation, and consistency standards.
• Restock stations and keep ingredients organized.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Follow kitchen procedures, recipes, and prep guidelines accurately.
• Coordinate with team members for timely food prep and service.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during peak service hours.
• Properly handle and maintain kitchen tools and equipment.
