Job summary

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Assist with washing, peeling, chopping, and preparing ingredients as directed by chefs and cooks.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Stock Management: Help with stocking and organizing food and supplies, ensuring proper storage practices.
• Waste Management: Dispose of kitchen waste properly and assist with recycling efforts.
