Job summary

NEWTECH MEGA TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS is seeking a reliable and organized Trucking Operations & Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day logistics. You will handle client email queries, prepare quotations, coordinate truck and trailer bookings, and assist with scheduling drivers and equipment.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong communication and Excel/Google Workspace skills, able to work independently and maintain accurate trucking records. Location: Bancal, Carmona Cavite.

Qualifications

• Experience in trucking, logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding is an advantage but not required.
• Fast learner and willing to learn new processes and systems.
• Good communication and email-handling skills.
• Knowledge of preparing quotations is an advantage.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Able to communicate professionally with clients and suppliers.
• Can work independently and follow up tasks without constant supervision.
• Willing to learn and handle various trucking-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to email queries from clients, suppliers, and partners
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and rate requests
• Assist with client and supplier accreditation requirements
• Coordinate truck and trailer bookings
• Assist in scheduling trucks, drivers, and equipment
• Prepare and organize trucking-related documents and requirements
• Follow up on quotation requests, bookings, permits, and other operational concerns
• Coordinate with clients, drivers, dispatchers, and operations personnel
• Maintain accurate records of trucking transactions and documents
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks related to trucking and logistics
