• Assist customers with product selection, provide styling advice, and ensure a personalized shopping experience.
• Maintain store presentation by organizing displays, ensuring stock levels are adequate, and keeping the sales floor tidy.
• Process transactions, handle returns, and track sales data to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and the ability to offer style recommendations.
