• Provide exceptional customer service: Greet and assist customers, answer inquiries, offer personalized styling advice, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Drive sales and achieve targets: Actively engage customers, promote merchandise, process transactions efficiently, and contribute to the overall sales performance of the department.
• Maintain store standards: Assist with visual merchandising, keep the sales floor clean and organized, and ensure all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
