Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily farm operations including feeding, milking, breeding, and general livestock care.
• Manage farm staff, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Monitor herd health, growth, and productivity; coordinate with veterinarians and AI technicians.
• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of farm equipment and machinery.
• Plan and manage feed programs, water supply, and pasture or housing management.
• Implement biosecurity, safety, and animal welfare protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of animal performance, breeding, feed consumption, and farm activities.
• Oversee inventory management for feed, medicines, and farm supplies.
