We are hiring a Farm Poultry Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and efficiency of farm facilities and equipment. The role requires someone with hands‑on experience in troubleshooting and repairing farm machineries to ensure smooth and continuous poultry operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance, cleaning, and repair of poultry houses, tools, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues in farm machinery and systems (e.g., feeding lines, water systems, ventilation fans, and motors).
• Monitor and maintain proper operation of automatic feeders, drinkers, and climate control systems.
• Ensure compliance with biosecurity, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime of farm equipment.
• Assist in daily poultry operations such as brooding, feeding, and harvesting when needed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, damages, or safety hazards to the farm manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Vocational/Technical Course Graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Agricultural Technology (preferred).
• With experience in troubleshooting and repairing farm machinery or mechanical equipment (required).
