Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Prepares and submits a weekly and monthly medication and vaccines allocation and updates and reforecasts the same as needed
- Ensures that vaccines are properly stored, delivered, and administered on time in correct manner on the breeder flock thru supervision of vaccinations, audits vaccination procedures and ensures its proper disposal
- Ensures that medications are properly dispensed and given on time by auditing the medication procedures of the farm and making timely requests and deliveries
- Conducts weekly audits on the biosecurity structures and operations on the farms under his jurisdiction and provides necessary corrections and reports results of audits on a weekly basis to the breeder manager
- Conducts weekly necropsies and relates it to the flock health status and performance, discusses necropsy result to the farm manager and submits report of the same to the breeder manager
- Recommends improvements in farm biosecurity, vaccination and medication programs to the breeder manager
- Submits laboratory samples in a timely manner as dictated by serological monitoring program or any other related sampling programs or as necessary like in cases of disease outbreaks
- Interprets and reports results of laboratory procedures giving emphasis on the correlation of results versus flock performance and health status
- Conducts epidemiological survey on the disease prevalence in the area assigned to him
- Provides reports or summaries on topics presented during veterinary conventions or any seminars he attended
- Protects company assets entrusted to him in order to perform his duties
- Ensures that company policies, regulations and practices are being implemented and carried out in the farms
- Trains and develops farm personnel, officers and owners in the proper vaccination of broiler breeders
- Assists the area head in his tasks
- Secures shipping permits for transport of birds or eggs and ensures it is used by the farms under his supervision
- Coordinates with other departments regarding valuable information relevant to the breeder farm operation
- Maintain at all times a high moral and integrity in the performance of his duty
- Strictly adhere to the company's code of conduct
- Performs other duties that maybe assigned by his superiors
