ICMMI Clinic is opening soon to deliver quality healthcare through the PhilHealth YAKAP Program. We seek dedicated Family Doctors to provide primary care to patients in underserved communities.

Ideal candidates hold an MD with a valid PRC license, are Konsulta-accredited or willing to pursue it, and have experience in family medicine or general practice. Strong communication and privacy compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• MD degree from a recognized medical school.
• Valid PRC license to practice medicine in the Philippines.
• Diplomate/Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine preferred.
• PHILHEALTH Konsulta accreditation or willingness to undergo accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary healthcare services to patients enrolled under the ICM Community Health Program and PhilHealth Konsulta.
• Conduct medical consultations, diagnose and manage illnesses, promote preventive care.
• Ensure compliance with ICM Manila Inc. policies, Konsulta guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Uphold data privacy and medical information confidentiality under applicable laws.

Job Summary:

The Family Doctor will provide primary healthcare services to patients enrolled under the ICM Community Health Program and PhilHealth Konsulta Program. Responsibilities include conducting medical consultations, diagnosing and managing illnesses, promoting preventive healthcare, and ensuring compliance with ICM Manila Inc. policies, PhilHealth Konsulta guidelines, and other regulatory standards. The role also requires strict adherence to data privacy and medical information confidentiality under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Job Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from a recognized medical school.
• Valid PRC license to practice medicine in the Philippines.
• Preferably a Diplomate or Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (General Practitioners are welcome).
• Must be PhilHealth-accredited or willing to undergo accreditation as a Konsulta Provider Physician.
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or general practice is an advantage.
• Strong patient management, communication, and data privacy compliance skills.
• Knowledgeable of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and PhilHealth Konsulta guidelines is a plus.
• Willingness to work in undeserved or geographically isolated communities.
