Job summary

onsemi is seeking an Events and Campaigns Specialist in the Philippines to support corporate strategy, run industry events, trade shows, and campaigns that drive demand and engage distribution partners globally. You will manage budgets, plan logistics, and collaborate across Corporate Marketing, Field Sales, and distribution networks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Technical (preferably Electronics) / Engineering course.
• Prefer at least 2 yrs experience in semiconductor manufacturing process.
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
• Prefers Hands-on experience in SEM/EDX, SAT, X-ray, and other failure analysis equipment
• Knowledgeable in basic electrical bench test equipment (such as multimeter, power supply, source meter unit – SMU, Curve tracer)
• Has good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Performs failure analysis on customer returns and cross-functional requests from Assembly, Test, NPI and REL/Qual/RAP groups. or non-conforming products until failure mechanism determination.
• Provide technical support/services to both internal and external customers; like X-ray, SAT, SEM/EDX, macro & micro inspection, micro-sectioning, decapsulation/delayering, as well as other tools deemed necessary for analysis.
• Performs 1 st level electrical test characterization; like current-voltage (I-V) curve test revealing continuity / resistance / leakage parameters and basic electrical bench testing.
• Assists engineer in laboratory capabilities/development improvement activities.
• Publish failure analysis report.
• Formulate/update specifications relative to Product Analysis Laboratory processes for continuous improvement as necessary.
• Monitor the consumables/spare parts in the assigned station. Assist for the withdrawal/disposal of FA chemicals and consumables.
• Ensure compliance with the company policies & standards, Global standardization and the best practices in the Laboratory.
• Conducts periodic 6S/housekeeping in the area.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the corporate strategy and implementing industry events, trade shows, and campaigns that enable demand creation, customer engagement, provide memorable and value-added event experiences, you will be responsible for driving demand creation with distribution partners by deploying all-encompassing digital marketing campaigns in support of the company’s corporate and channel strategies. This role is focused on digital, campaign, and content marketing via channel partners across the globe. The onsemi Events and Campaigns Specialist will also be responsible to help rollout strategic internal events such as the annual onsemi Leadership Summit, as well as the Analyst Day that will take place every other financial year.

You must be very detail oriented with the ability to drive and collaborate effectively cross functional teams. You should also be an excellent communicator who can lead the development of tradeshow messaging, graphics, and promotional materials.

This role requires meticulous planning, a love for staying organized, ability to multi-task and prioritize with a razor-sharp focus on budget management and logistics.

In this role you will have the opportunity to build relationships with and work with stakeholders across the business including Corporate Marketing, Business Units, Field Sales, Inside Sales, and distribution partner organizations. This position will report to the Manager, Global Channel Marketing within the Corporate Marketing organization.
